And a Brief Handy Guide to Recovery

Upon waking up, drink at least 2 glasses of warm water to induce bowel movement.

For Breakfast

  • Slow cooked Quaker oats (not quick or instant)
  • Topped with sliced fresh green onions, turmeric ginger (luyang  dilaw) and garlic
  • May add 6 pcs. raw ground almond/walnut
  • 1 whole small or medium papaya
  • Vitamin and mineral supplements
  • Zymitol Enzyme supplements

For Lunch

  • Fresh organic salad (Romaine lettuce, tomato, fresh corn, carrot, celery, cucumber, sprouted vegetables, 6  pcs. ground almonds or walnuts ,with extra virgin olive oil and lemon dressing)
  • Steamed brown rice, or brown rice congee mixed with Quaker oats
  • Topped with sliced fresh green onions, turmeric ginger (luyang dilaw) and garlic
  • May add seaweeds, fresh or dried (unseasoned)
  • May add ground nuts (6 pcs. almonds or walnut) and/or 1 tbsp. ground flax seed
  • May add lentils (green, red or yellow), garbanzos, and beets, except soy beans.

For Dinner (Eat 3 hours before sleeping)

  • Fresh vegetable soup (Mix the following, and slow cook for 30-45 min. Do not add water)
  • Fresh vegetables (at least 6 varieties) preferably organic, if not organic, use ozonator to remove toxin. Ex. Ampalaya, arugula, asparagus, burdock, Baguio beans, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, celery, corn, cucumber, green papaya,  green peas, okra, potato, radish, sayote, squash, string beans, tomatoes, turnips, zucchini,etc. no nuts, no sprouts)
  • Add steamed camote tops, kangkong, ching kong chai, bokchoy or watercress
  • Add mushrooms: reishi, shitake,and/or maitake; fresh (clean and dried under the sun to get Vit. D), or powdered (without additives).
  • White fungus or wood ear fungus
  • Top with green onion, garlic, turmeric ginger (luyang dilaw)
  • Steamed brown rice, brown rice congee mixed with Quaker oats
  • Topped with sliced fresh green onions, turmeric ginger and garlic
  • Add 1 tbsp. ground flax seed or flax seed meal.

In between meals

  • Eat oatmeal 3 to 4 x a day. eat the 100% natural Australian Rolled Oats, Brown label, without preservative. Top this with sliced green apple and other fruits that are not too sweet.
  • Eat fresh fruits like apricots, berries, cranberries, figs, green apples, kiwi, nectarines, oranges,         papaya, pomelo, plum, tangerines.
  • Eat in moderation sweet fruits like bananas, grapes, mangoes, pears, pineapple. (Sugar from sweet fruits hastens the cancer or tumor growth.).
  • Consume at least 6x a day
    • Green apple and carrot juice – extracted from 1 pc. peeled green apple and 3 pcs, medium sized carrots.
    • Or Green leaves Juice – extracted from green apple, kangkong, camote tops or spinach, and Romaine lettuce.
    • Drink 1 glass warm water, hour later
  • Drink 10 to 12 glasses of warm water (alkaline, mineral or filtered) everyday.
  • Eat raw nuts like almonds and walnuts (6 pcs. each time). May also eat roasted fresh chestnuts.
  • Eat small handful of raw and unseasoned seeds, like squash seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds
  • Eat baked or boiled potato, cassava, sweet potato or camote, saba banana.

Totally abstain from the following:

  • Refined sugar,
  • Rock or iodized salt,
  • Fried food, preserved food, canned goods, packed food, bottled food,
  • Fast food, junk food, restaurant food
  • Dairy products, except goat milk
  • Beef, pork, fish, and other seafood
  • Soy products, peanuts, cashew nuts
  • Preservatives, chemicals, artificial flavoring or coloring,
Optional after 6 months diet, may eat once a month

* Plan your meal (best proportion) – 6 servings veggies, 2 servings fruits, 1 serving protein (seeds and nuts), 1 serving fat (olive     oil or flax seed oil)

* Use green leaf stevia powder as sweetener, unbleached.
* Use sun-dried sea salt as seasoning.
* Consume maximum 2-3 tbsps. Organic extra virgin olive oil, but do not heat or use for cooking.
* Eat yogurt. (Procedure supplied upon request)
* Eat sprouted vegetable like mongo sprouts (better homemade), Alfalfa, broccoli, and others sprouts         (available at Rustans Supermarket), sprouted seeds of pumpkin, barley grass, wheatgrass).
* Cook food fresh. Do not use microwave oven for cooking or heating food. 80% of food nutrients are lost.
* May add spices to food i.e. curry, turmeric, cumin, basil, dill, small amount of black and white pepper,   jalapeno pepper or chili pepper.
* Read labels of supplements. Always choose organic or herbal, without additives or preservatives.
* Use ceramic or glass cookware like Corning ware, Pyrex, vision glass. Do not use metal cookware.
Supplements
1.  Vitamin C 2,000 to 10,000 mg (if acidic stomach, take Calcium Ascorbate, buffered Vitamin C, not Ester C, too processed with chemicals)
2.  Calcium Magnesium Citrate (not carbonate)
3.  Complete vitamin/mineral preparation
4.  Selenium -100 to 200 mcg
5.  Laetrile or Vitamin  B17
6.  1,000 to 2,000 mcg sublingual or liquid vitamin B12
7.  Powdered spirulina, barleygreen, wheat grass or green tea extract
8.  CoQ10, Alpha lipoic acid, Grape seed extract,
9.  Turmeric powder and anti-inflammatory herbal preparation.
Personal notes

I take different kinds of enzymes and supplements on trial and error basis for my failed pancreas. Please  consult an alternative doctor regarding the supplements I am taking. I do this on myself only. I distribute the dosage thru out the day, always keeping a daily record. I assess my improvement monthly by having 46 laboratory blood exams during the last 4 years.

I am still taking vitamins and supplements for my 40 year thyroid, heart, digestion, assimilation,   osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, etc.

I do coffee enema once a week or as needed

I did detoxamin suppository (chelation method) to remove heavy metal from my body.

I use ozonator to remove pesticide and other chemicals from my vegetables.

I use Biozapper to cleanse my body of parasites, bacteria, viruses and to kill cancer cells.

I do brisk walking 10 to 20 minutes daily. Walk leisurely for 2 to 4 hours.

I always keep a daily journal of food I take, take note and assess of my body reaction.

For spices, I use cumin and turmeric.

I do not eat animal proteins.

I stay away from pesticides, chemicals, even on hair, skin, etc.

For my hair, I use herbal shampoo. I apply aloe vera extract on my hair 3x a week. I leave it on my hair for 24 hours.

For my skin, I use extra virgin olive oil as moisturizer.

I use baking soda as my toothpaste.

For laundry and dish washing liquid, I prepare my own non-toxic powder. Since I have type AB blood, I eat Type AB Blood type food. Refer EAT RIGHT FOR YOUR TYPE, written by Dr. Peter J. DAdarno with Catherine Whitney.

Sometimes, I take the Pulse Test.

I was willing to take risks thru-out my 14 years of pancreas problem. This paid off.

I am now free of cancer!!!

My Lifestyle

Be happy and have a positive mental attitude.

Read the Bible, fervently pray for Gods healing. Avoid reading bad news.
Enjoy life. Surround yourself with your loving family and true friends.
Listen to beautiful music, (classical, gospel and relaxing music)
Relax by watching good movies (non-violent with happy ending)
Get busy by gardening, take up a hobby, paint, dance, sing.
Meditate for 15 to 30 min. 2 x a day.
Rest for 1 hour after lunch. Sleep for 6 to 8 hours at each night at around 9pm.
Be kind, tender and compassionate to all.
Refrain from getting angry. Forgive those who have hurt you.
Be productive. Try to help others, join fellowship, sisters club, go to Church.
Do charity works. Share your material blessings to the destitutes.
Learn to control/manage all kinds of stresses.
Sun bathe for at least hour before 9:00 a.m. daily. Do not use sunglasses.
Exercise for 45 min. 3 x a week.
Do deep breathing exercise once a day.
Do coffee enema, if necessary. (Procedure supplied upon request)
Gradually replace prescription medication with herbal preparation, consult an alternative physician.
Avoid crowded and polluted places. Go to Church early (preferably before 11:00 a.m.).Go shopping early to avoid heavy crowd.
Avoid movie houses, hospitals and enclosed areas with no fresh air.
Get lots of fresh air. If possible, move to a serene and non-polluted area to live in.
Rest a lot. Do not tire yourself. Do things that bring you joy and happiness.
Chat a lot with true, loving and caring friends.
Suggestions:
Plant your own organic vegetables in your backyard.
Raise your own organic native chicken in your backyard too. Feed with corn and vegetable, not worms.
Learn to sprout vegetables (Books available at National Bookstore).
